Naruto goes back to Konoha, but doesn't recognize the village due to all the destruction.
Iruka, Shikaku, Shikamaru, Choza,Choji, Inoichi, and Ino are all still alive. Kakashi's state is still not known.Hiashi (Hinata's father) is away from Konoha, possibly on patrol.
Tsunade now gives her remaining chakra to Katsuyu so she can help the rest of the wounded villagers. The mark on her forehead is now gone.
"Souzou Saisen has been released throgh Katsuyu with chakra. Tsunade's on the edge trying to protect the people from Pain's technique. ANBU simultaneously uses some jutsu similar to Gaara's."
Enma, Hell Realm Pain's monster eats Demon Realm Pain, and comes back to life. It is possible that Hell Realm Pain is the one who can bring the Dead Pain bodies back to life. It appears that gathering all the chakra of the six bodies into God Realm Pain was risky.
Konan: "I can treat you". [to Pain]
Demon Realm Pain goes after Tsunade but is instantly killed by Naruto.
Sakura and Hinata are watching from a short distance away. A man with Sakura is amazed that Pain was beaten by one hit.
A man with Hinata: "If anything happens to you while Hiashi-sama and Hanabi-sama are away, it'd be a great shame to me. [to Hinata]
Sakura: "He's amazing! He is wearing a cape, resembling the Fourth Hokage".
Naruto returns in Sage mode. (Naruto appeared with a black lining around his eyes, a scroll and a cape-like garment similar to what the 4th Hokage wore). Naruto's back is reminiscent of the Fourth Hokage and Jiraiya's backs (likely that the images of their backs are somewhat reminiscent on each other, perhaps signifying the equality of their strengths.
There are four frogs - Gamabunta, Gamaken, a green-frog and the frog that Naruto summons.
God Realm Pain: "You've saved me a lot of trouble searching".
Naruto: "Let's end this once and for all".
