Drawing begins...

I've been set another long running task to do - keep a sketch book for the rest of my life. I have been keeping a sketch book anyway, which is pretty handy. We have been put into group of three or four and our short term task is to draw each other, but replace the heads with that of an animal. Sounds really fun to me! I also had my first go on Maya and it suddenly dawned on me just how much work I'm going to have to put in to really be good using it. I did manage to make a 'donut' shape bounce though. I am looking forward to this week as we start life drawing and try some experimental animation.
